2c bread cut into 1″ cubes
1-1/2T olive oil
1-1/2T chopped fresh herbs
1/4t kosher salt
1/4t pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced

1. Preheat oven to 450F.
2. Toss bread with olive oil.
3. Toss bread with herbs, salt, pepper, and garlic.
4. Spread bread in single layer on half-sheet pan. Cook for 5-8 minutes until done.

Can cook on stovetop – nonstick pan, medium-high heat, 5-8 minutes.

Can substitute other seasonings/blends for herbs.
